Development of the Commercial Activity of the Tench
Access to the new logistics and demand for current distribution is accompanied by actions on primary transformation. These actions can be undertaken by the company itself or other fish processing industries. The primary transformation of the product (The Tench) provides the following advantages:

                                                                                        -  Scarce volumes of investment in the phases of the fresh product in both eviscerated and filleted

                                                                                        -  Incorporation of the added value corresponding to the primary transformation.

                                                                                        -  Elimination of the Dead times from the slaughtered to its elaboration and dispatch. 

                                                                                        -  Integral Control of the farm itself, of the whole process.

                                                                                        -  Adaptation to the requirements of the Final consumer.

                                                                                        -  Adaptation to the requirements of the distribution, especially the great distribution. 

                                                                                        -  Extension of the conservation period.

The availability of the product, the Tench, in different sizes and presentations, is essential for the commercial development at national level. The adaptation in the presentations of the Tench will respond to the requirements according to the sales channels.

Diversification in the presentation of the product also represents:

                                                                                         -   Incorporation of new consumer sectors : children, working parents, restoration, easy cooking, etc.

                                                                                         -   Incorporation of added value and increase of unitary trade margins.

The lengthening of the expiration period is a constant obsession of the Fishing Sector and especially of the aquaculture products, as a favourable consideration added by having to compete with the catch products and therefore of large random component.

It is important to highlight, as a special sales channel, the one that corresponds to foreign population. Where the population of Eastern European countries, accustomed to the consumption of Tench, is an objective of easy access and good availability.

The access to the sale of institutions, market that gradually increases its importance, must be through the frozen Tench eviscerated. Likewise, the sale in restoration can be said that in its entirety it is mostly made in First Transformation: Eviscerated and Fillet.
